Cancellation Policy
As a small business in a mostly seasonal destination, it’s necessary to have a cancellation policy. Although sometimes unavoidable, a cancelled booking will be charged a fee of $50/night with notification up to one week prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the anticipated arrival are ineligible for a refund (rates depend on room selection and number of guests). Nightly rates can be found on the reservation confirmation email.
