The South Room
One of the most interesting rooms is The South Room. Previously the landing between the back stairs and the attic, it served the double purpose as the maid’s quarters. Now slightly larger and no longer a landing, this cozy room is quaint. More fortunate than the maid would have been, guests enjoying this room have a private, detached bathroom. Maximum capacity 2 adults. Air conditioning in the summer makes this a sleep oasis while you explore Drumheller!
Families can take full advantage of The Secret Rooms consisting of The South Room (2 twin beds) for the kids + The Newcastle Room (queen-sized bed) for the adults, both tucked behind the secret door creating a space that can be enjoyed by families. (Click on Family Package at the top of this page!)
